Trinity Theatre Company kicks off their 13th Grown Up Stage season under the guidance of Artistic Director, Sean Boyd with The Seussification of Romeo & Juliet, by Peter Bloedel directed by Vivian White. The production features San Diego Actors Natalia Demko, Amy Pfleeger, Richard Cajka,Gabriel Otaki, René Borr, Jonny Taylor, Simon Thompson, Matthew Thompson, Jena Joyce, Melina Moreno,Tim Baran, Noé Castrejon and Katie Witteman. The production runs from February 14th-23rd. Shows are at Trinity Theatre Company’s Mission Valley location in the Mission Valley Mall.

Director Vivian White is excited to put on this unique adaptation of a classic play. “The Seussification of Romeo and Juliet is a delightfully playful adaptation that highlights the lovers’ youthful ignorance in a way we can all relate to. I am a huge Shakespeare nerd and the process of directing a show that makes his stories more accessible to modern audiences has been a joy. The cast and creative team are thrilled to share their work and bring some laughter to the San Diego community.”
The Trinity Theatre Company is located in the Westfield Mission Valley Mall between Outback Steakhouse and Vans Shoes. The theatre also holds open auditions where aspiring actors of all ages have a real chance of landing a role in a future production!
