Chula Vista Brewery – Craft Veterans of South Bay

A veteran-owned business, Chula Vista Brewery prides itself on being the first craft brewery to open in Chula Vista. Having recently expanded to a second, larger location, this brew house is the place to be, not only for creative and beloved beers but for a great atmosphere with food, live music, sports, entertainment and private events. We talk with founder Tim Parker and head brewer Ignacio “Nacho” Cervantes about how the brewery got its start, their role in the community and taste some of their current favorites.
