Blink-182 is going big when it comes to celebrating the 25th anniversary of their 2001 album, Take Off Your Pants and Jacket. Any fans lucky enough to make it to this year’s San Diego Comic Con will want to head to Booth 1415, where the band are collaborating with Pac-Man / Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc., offering a fully themed arcade experience, complete with claw machine (and prizes), an opportunity to have your photo taken with either Pac-Man or the Blink-182 Bunny, cool exclusive merch and more surprises.
Take Off Your Pants and Jacket is being reissuedwith six bonus tracks, tunes that were previously hidden tracks scattered amongst the various original editions of the album, now gathered together for the first time. The new version of Take Off Your Pants and Jacket also includes updated artwork, and on side D / 4, of the 2-disc vinyl edition, there will be a randomized etching, one of three possible. A limited silver vinyl edition is also being released for indie retailers.
Meanwhile a slew of new merchandise has been issued to coincide with the reissue, including t-shirts, a sticker pack, plush keychain, and the item of choice: a diecast toy Blink-182 van, as seen in the bands video, “Rock Show.”
As for Comic Con collectables to be found at the Blink-182 / Pac-Man booth, though details had yet to be fully revealed at press time, amongst the extra cool items will be an SDCC vinyl exclusive, featuring two of the hit singles taken from Take Off Your Pants and Jacket, “The Rock Show” and “First Date,” and issued via Blood Records, as well as a special updated Blink-182 version of the PAC-MAN x 7-Eleven T-shirt Mark Hoppus wore at Coachella 2023.
Take Off Your Pants and Jacket remains a popular release, particularly in the U.K., where two of the four Blink 182 singles that have earned certified sales awards so far in 2026, are from that album. The other half are from 1999’s Enema of the State:
